Grilled Chicken Recipe: This rich grilled chicken is going to delight you, it has a jalapeno peppery touch and is perfect to accompany with baked potato or potatoes. Prepare it and give your family a dish that they can not stop eating.
8 pieces chicken thigh
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 piece chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
To the taste of Chiles Jalapeños Picados San Marcos
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 piece of lemon zest and juice
To make the sauce, heat the oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Cook onion, garlic and chili for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently, or until golden brown. Add salt.
Transfer the onion mixture to a large shallow bowl. Add the spices, juice, lemon zest and mix well.
Add the chicken to the sauce bowl and integrate well. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator from 1 to 24 hrs.
Place the chicken in the grill or pan and cook for 25 minutes. Varnish frequently with the sauce, turning the chicken once.
Serve the hot chicken with a few slices of lemon.
