The oatmeal and banana cookies are eaten warm or cold so I recommend letting them cool for a few minutes before eating them. To store them it is best to put them in a container with a lid so they do not dry out. They can be offered in a beautiful box for a totally natural homemade gift.
Ingredients for eight cookies
2 bananas, 1 cup of oats, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate.
How to Make Oatmeal Cookies
To make these cookies they will peel the bananas to crush them in a bowl along with the sugar and the vanilla extract. When you have reached a point of puree add the oats and stir very well.
Put a non-stick paper on a tray. With a couple of spoons will form each cookie placed on the tray. They grate the chocolate that they spread over the cookies. Put in the hot oven, at 200ºC, for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
